We’ll get your order packed up and sent out as soon as we can. If you’ve already received an order confirmation, relax—you're all set! We’ve got your order in hand and are processing it as quickly as possible.

What happens next? Once your order is packed, you’ll get a confirmation email (don't forget to check your junk folder!). Then, we’ll send over tracking details as soon as it’s on its way to you.

About shipping:

  • All plants are shipped bare-root with minimal soil. Don’t worry, it’s just to keep them comfy during their travels.
  • Your plants might lose a leaf or two or look a little stretchy during their journey. They’re tough little things, and they’ll bounce back once they settle in.
  • They may also arrive a little dry. Check out our care tips to get them feeling fab again.

We take great care packing your plants, but once they’re in the hands of Australia Post, they’re in the wild world of delivery. If your parcel gets damaged, please contact Australia Post directly. We can't be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels, delays beyond our control, or wrong delivery addresses (including ‘Authority to leave’).

If your plants arrive damaged, send us some pics and we’ll check out the damage. Our refund policy has all the details for you.
